1. Navigate to https://my.zigaflow.com/dashboard
2. Click the cog icon
3. Click “Manage User Accounts”
4. Click “Create New User”
5. Enter details for the new user
6. Select a role profile for the user
**7. Create a password
N.B. Passwords must contain 1 capital letter, and one special character**
8. Confirm the password
9. Click “Create User”
